The story actually made CNN this morning (it hit the CA papers a
month ago).

There was actually a box placed at the lower falls, but it is no
longer there. We guess the rangers removed it--it's near a high
security juvenile detention facility, so security's pretty tight.

All you have to do now, is *find* the upper falls!
